Base Fabric

Seamless and printable up to 16 ft x 50 ft (4.87 M x 15.24 M) on the widest textile printer in the world.

Printed Fabric

Our fabric is decorated using dye-sublimation printing, a water-based technology, which is printed by a digital printer @ 1200 DPI. Dye-sublimation is the most reliable method for printing on polyester fabric, which is the industry standard and produces a completely permanent print. This method bonds the ink deep into the structure of the fibres, making it part of the fabric, rather than sitting as a layer on top.

Dye-sublimated fabric has many great qualities, making it an ideal choice for interior and graphic applications.

Fabric Care

The fabric is designed to be machine-washable and wrinkle-resistant, allowing it to maintain its colour and appearance for many years.

Illuminated Displays

Our illuminated displays are brightened with LEDs and are energy efficient. The LEDs are designed in the United States and meet UL safety standards. The LED manufacturer has attained ISO 9001:2015 and have been used globally for 50 years.

Backlit LED vs Edgelit LED

Backlit displays have the LED lights situated on the rear side of the panel's frame. The LED lights are oriented outward, and the light is emitted directly onto the display surface.

In contrast, Edgelit displays have the LED lights positioned on the inner surface of the frame. The light emanates from the sides of the frame and is then dispersed throughout the display area.

Certifications

Fabric and Inks

Fabric and dye-sublimation inks are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, which sets the international benchmark for textile safety from yarn to finished product. The certified product is harmless to human health. See Oeko-Tex info here.

Fabric

Fabric is a polyester knitted textile and is flame-resistance rated (NFPA 701 or CAN/ULC-S109).

Modular Frames

LED displays are UL certified, and the framing manufacturing facility is UL certified with inspections quarterly to maintain up to date standards. Also, the manufacturer of the LED’s has attained ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS.

If the product is found to be defective or in error, it will be replaced or repaired. Warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, alterations, or unnatural wear and tear.

Ordering Process

Lead-times

Online proof approval will be sent 1 - 2 days after receipt of graphic file.

Order will normally be ready to ship in 3 days upon proof approval.

Modular displays take 5 - 10 days upon proof approval.

Design Fee

If graphics require any major editing or changes there is a fee of $49/half hr.

Hard Proof Fee

A hard proof or color samples of your brand are available for $99.

Proofs are 4 sqft and include shipping.

Volume Discounts

Discounts on orders over $5000.

We will work with you to secure the most favourable discount and solution tailored to your project.

Shipping

Packages are calculated by volume. The calculated shipping costs are displayed in the quote and invoice. Currently GTA deliveries over $2000 at list pricing are free delivery.

Payment Terms

Orders are usually paid before production begins. Normally orders over $2000 are 50% down and 50% when ready to ship. Invoices are emailed with a pay now button for excepting Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Pre-authorized Debits (PAD). Payment terms are available for account customers (customer supplies credit card authorization or PAD to securely process payment on a specified due date).
